Houston Beer Week is an 8 day community event that encourages bars, restaurants, retail establishments, distributors and breweries to create unique craft beer-related events throughout Houston at various establishments during Houston Beer Week. We hope that you will enjoy the events and beers that will be available and continue to patronize and encourage establishments to serve craft beer all year-round.

In short, Houston Beer Week has two goals:

• Support craft beer in Texas: We strive to introduce more individuals to the world of craft beer by encouraging events that highlight craft beer allowing individuals to try craft beers, perhaps for the first time. As the saying goes, a rising tide raises all ships — the more craft beer we consume as a community, the more craft beer will be distributed in our community.
• Support our community through charitable works: We have partnered with Live It BIG, Inc. – a 501(c)(3) charity organization that has historically managed the Monsters Of Beer Charity Festival. We are combining this festival with our rare beer event to form The Draft. Our goal is to raise between $30,000 and $50,000 for this wonderful organization.
